UK STANDARD DELIVERY

Our UK Standard delivery service takes 3-5 working days to deliver.

Please note that during sales periods, delivery may take up to 5-7 working days.

We provide you with a reference number for your parcel once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

If delivery is attempted and no one is available to sign for the parcel, the courier may leave it in a safe place or leave a 'While You Were Out' card. This card will provide instructions for retrieving your parcel, either through redelivery or collection from the nearest depot. Please bring an appropriate form of ID if you need to collect your parcel.

UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY

UK Next day delivery is a next working day tracked service. This is providing your order is placed before 1 pm Monday to Thursday.

Any orders placed after 1 pm will be dispatched the next working day and delivered the following working day after.

Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday and delivered on Tuesday. Please note that this does not include Public Holidays so any orders placed during these times may be delayed.

Please note that we are unable to provide a specific am or pm service and our couriers can deliver anytime between 8am and 8pm.

On the day of delivery the courier will send you an email or text message with the date and estimated time of delivery. They may also provide you an alternative delivery option should the specified date or time not be suitable.
